“Sacred Earth, Planet of Light is an unabashedly beautiful book; in both its content and design, it revels in the beauty of the physical and spiritual world. The book is comprised of an array of gorgeous photographs and thought-provoking quotes from a variety of diverse sources. This vast compilation of quotes was especially impressive; many of these were unfamiliar to me, and I admired the author’s ability to cull wisdom from philosophers as unlike as the Buddha and Theodore Roosevelt. And while the photographs took familiar scenes as their subject, they nearly always shed new light upon those scenes. Sacred Earth, Planet of Light is a rich book that deeply rewards the time spent reading it.”
